Crassula (Jade) plant

Hello, my Crassula plant has begun to drop leaves and some parts have rot. I have watered it every 10 days or so as recommended and I am unsure whether it is either under-watered or overwatered. The soil is not moist but I also have a hard time believing I have under-watered it.

    Thank you for the question! The problem with your Crassula plant is probably to much water. Especially if the plant is also placed in a too dark window the plant might get these symptoms. Try watering a little less and maybe place the plant in a brighter spot. Good luck with your plant!
