My indoor plants are dying

I am seeing some kind of white thing forming on the soil in the plant pot and then eventually my plants are dying. Please do give some precautions or cure for this? I have attached pictures of my plants for reference. What is the reason for this disease? Please help soon possible. Thanks!

    Thanks for your question and picture, is the soil very wet?
    It looks like mold, or wool lice
    If it's Wool lice, are they very hard to kill all, throw it in the bin and by some new plants.
